A modern twist on Halsey's original blend. A full medium 100% Arabica from Central & South America Origins. Perfect as a milky coffee or americano with a balance of milk chocolate, caramel & hazelnut flavours shine through.

It has been named 1647 as that date is carved into the fireplace upstairs. We believe it was the time the property was inhabited by Martha Flint; the milliner who is a key character of the Hitchin ghost tour to this day.
