The process of creating the decaf bean is achieved by using mountain water from the Descamex region. The beans are submerged in water sourced and extracted from the Mexican Mountains. This causes the water to become saturated with the caffeine that was once present in the bean, leaving our coffee 99.6% caffeine-free with its beautiful flavour still intact. The water is then filtered to remove the caffeine and recycled for the next batch.
